A beautiful unglazed rectangle in a traditional design, by the popular Senzan of Tokoname.
This 47cm rectangle is made from a Raitogure or Light Grey clay in a traditional form. The pot sits on recessed, stepped feet and features a slight lip to the rim. He has finished it with a refined, raised border, complementing the overall 'shibui' design. Note that each front and sides are decorated with a fine relief frame in a mokko design.

Condition: New! Note: There are some kinds of wax residues inside the pot, I guess from the kiln. I have checked the pot and it has no damage! Is in fantastic condition!
