The form is well balanced, with a clean internal rim (内縁) and a subtly defined basal band (下帯) that reinforces the structure while maintaining an elegant profile. The mid-body is decorated with a finely executed raised dot relief band (点文様), adding texture and visual rhythm without overpowering the composition. The base is finished with neatly cut and incised feet (切足・彫足), providing both stability and lift. Drainage and wiring holes (水抜き穴・針金穴) are well placed and proportioned, ensuring full functionality for large bonsai compositions. The underside bears an incised signature and impressed seal, consistent with Tokoname workmanship and Shozan kiln production.
