Bonsai pot from the Touhou (陶峰) kiln of Tokoname, rectangle, external rim, cut-off corners, horizontal band, and integrated feet. The size and shape are very practical; this is an excellent pot from a Tokoname potter. To the best of my knowledge, his pots are always nail-signed and often feature a leaf motif, such as this one.
The leaf varies, but it is always a maple.
