TBH, I have the right tree for this pot, but as my friend said, don't keep all the Gyouzan pots to yourself.

A large unglazed refined design, by the 2nd generation artist of the Gyouzan kiln, Tokoname, Yuuji Nakano. (Now Retired).
This unglazed rectangular pot is meticulously crafted with distinctive recessed vertical grooves running from the raised lip down through the slightly recessed stepped feet, adding both structure and vertical movement to the form.
A lower band encircles the body, mirroring the visual rhythm of the lip and enhancing the piece’s overall balance.
giving the piece a quiet strength and completing its shibui (渋い) design — understated yet deeply elegant.
Over time a beautiful patina has developed.

Maximum measurements (External): 41.5 x 33.3 x 11.4cm
Condition: Excellent condition, with very minimal use, as evidenced by the almost unnoticeable hard water stains.
